Delivery and Returns Information

• For UK orders, postage of £3.30 will be added for sending one garment.
• £5.72 for two garments.
• £8.94 for three to five garments. (Prices for more than this quantity please contact us. Orders of 10 overalls or more –free delivery)
• European destinations will require £4.60 to cover postage and packing of one garment. Contact us for postage costs of more than one item.
• UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail First Class recorded delivery. Dirty Gerties cannot be held responsible for delays due to Royal Mail service.
• Orders are usually dispatched within one to three working days of payment, subject to stock availability.

Royal Mail aims to deliver 93 percent of first class mail by the next working day. Northern Scotland and the Scottish Islands may take 2-3 working days.

Payment

• All prices are shown in GBP (£)
• Payment can be made with either a cheque, credit card, or debit card via Paypal.
• Dirty Gerties may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion if we regard that customer to be harmful to Dirty Gerties or if we have reason to believe that customers conduct violates applicable law.

Returns

Products are checked and packaged prior to dispatch to ensure your receive the goods in the best possible condition. If any item you receive is either faulty or has been damaged whilst in transit please return the item(s) to: Dirty Gerties, PO Box 8914, 23A Main Street, Oakham LE15 0DT, within 48 hours of receipt of your order, with written details as to what was wrong with the product. Please ensure you enclose your name and address. We will aim to replace or refund the cost of the damaged goods. Return postage will be at your own expense and we recommend you obtain certificate of postage.

Customers are entitled to a ‘cooling off’ period of seven days from ordering, during which time the order can be cancelled and a full refund given.
